The Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC), created December 20th, 1972, under the name of Canadian Commission for the Community College, is the national organization created by Canada's colleges and institutions to establish a representative, voluntary association and to be their national and international voice. The Association is governed by a board of directors consisting of students, faculty, support staff, administration, and community board appointees elected annually by the membership.

Known previously as the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC), CICan continues to champion the innovations, applied research, international development, and the employment or entrepreneurial opportunities that are created by its member institutions and partners all over the world.

L'Association des collèges communautaires du Canada (ACCC), créée le 20 décembre 1972 sous le nom de Commission canadienne pour le collège communautaire, est l'organisation nationale regroupant sur une base volontaire les instituts et collèges canadiens dans le but de les représenter à l'échelle nationale et internationale. Elle est dirigée par un Conseil d'administration élu annuellement par ses membres. Il se compose de représentants d'étudiants, d'enseignants, du personnel de soutien, du personnel administratif et de membres de la communauté.
