OBS

The object of the Association is to act as the sole bargaining agent on behalf of its collective Membership with its employer, the City of Moncton, which is hereinafter referred to as the “City”. The Association shall negotiate with the City Council of the City or any duly authorized Committee or officials thereof with respect to remuneration and working conditions for its Membership. The Association shall promote the interests and welfare of its membership and provide suitable and appropriate conditions of employment for the benefit and betterment of each and every member.
