Ottawa: Conversation Canada. This large site has information on Intergovernmental Affairs, a branch of the Privy Council Office, biographical information on the Minister, his speeches, press releases, annual report for the Privy Council, and a collection of fulltext documents and articles about Canada, federalism, the Constitution and the 1995 Quebec Referendum. The section called "Resource Centre" includes the Constitution Acts of 1867-1982, an overview of the Constitution, the Meech Lake and Charlottetown Accords, and many documents on constitutional issues and the history of the Constitution. There are also links to national unity sites, information on the Canadian flag and how to obtain one.
