caractère culard. Anomalie d'origine génétique qui se traduit par une très forte hypertrophie musculaire, par de très faibles dépôts de gras ainsi que par une plus grande sensibilité aux stress.

OBS

Cette anomalie est très intéressante car elle confère aux animaux qui la possèdent une valeur élevée en boucherie. On a sélectionné des reproducteurs mâles possédant ce caractère pour les utiliser en croisement terminal.
