I am pleased to report that only a month ago, my government agreed to extend the General System of Preferences (GSP) for a further 10 year period and that it will soon be introducing legislation to implement cumulative rules of origin.

Lorsque, par exemple, un produit des Philippines entre aux États-Unis, avant d'être distribué au Canada, deux droits d'entrée viennent s'ajouter au prix initial et aux profits des intermédiaires.
