The ... Defence Planning and Management Framework provides the structure within which National Defence plans, manages, monitors, and reports on its use of resources. The goal of this framework is to bring together, within a decentralized corporate management structure, the processes for strategic planning, resource allocation, business planning, and management by senior leaders.
