In may 1995, the Department of Justice undertook the task of compiling the "Directory of Dispute Resolution Neutrals". The purpose of the Directory is to assist the Department of Justice and through it, other federal departments and agencies, in selecting dispute resolution (DR) neutrals such as mediators, arbitrators or neutral experts.
