In response to Health Canada's commitment to achieve corporate cultural change, an innovative, results-oriented, diversity management framework was established. A top-down approach of team-based training is used to increase knowledge of the benefits of a "diversified people portfolio" and to ensure accountability through the development of team codes of conduct and a personal action plan.
