Commissioner Inkster presented divisional ensigns to the provincial Lieutenant-Governors and Commissioners of Canada's two Territories for presentation to RCMP Divisions within their respective jurisdictions. Also displayed were distinctive ensigns for the Commissioner, Headquarters, the Training Academy, and the Equitation Section, Ottawa.
