As part of the St.Lawrence Actions Plan's Restoration component, two programs managed by the Technology Development Branch of the St.Lawrence Centre were developed. The purpose of the first program, Dredging Technologies, was to develop tools for consultants and dredging project proponents to identify and describe environmental problems associated with sediment dredging and to improve management of dredging-related activities.

Dans le cadre du volet Restauration du PASL, deux programmes gérés par la Direction du développement technologique du Centre Saint-Laurent (CSL) ont été établis. Le premier programme, Technologies de dragage, vise à développer pour les promoteurs de projets de dragage et pour les experts-conseils, des outils qui permettront d'identifier et de décrire la problématique environnementale associée au dragage de sédiments et d'améliorer la gestion des interventions reliées ou rattachées au dragage.
