The ecoFREIGHT Program is aimed at reducing the environmental and health effects of freight transportation through the use of technology. The program consists of six initiatives: Freight Technology Demonstration Fund; Freight Technology Incentive Program; Marine Shore Power Program; National Harmonization Initiative for the Trucking Industry; ecoFREIGHT Partnerships; ecoENERGY for fleets.
