Emergency closure. An approved shellfish harvesting area may be closed when it is suspected that shellfish may be contaminated as a result of an emergency situation which is not predictable nor controllable under a routine monitoring program. Fermeture d'urgence. Un secteur coquillier approuvé peut être temporairement fermé lorsqu'on a des raisons de croire que les coquillages peuvent être contaminés par suite d'une situation d'urgence imprévisible ou incontrôlable, même dans le cadre d'un programme de contrôle courant.
