The Agriculture and Agri-Food (AAFC) Executive Talent Management (EX TM) initiative aims to effectively manage executive talent at the EX-01 to EX-05 levels within the organization. The initiative is delivered by Human Resources Branch (HRB), Executive Group Services (EGS) and the information collected is shared in report form with senior management and used to help identify and address talent gaps, identify learning and development needs of the executive community and critical positions that must be filled in a timely manner to avoid creating vulnerabilities for the organization.
