If a test report is prepared in a format for submission to the Federal Communications Commission (USA) for type acceptance, hereinafter known as "FCC submission", that is different from that required for this RSS (Radio Standard Specifications), a copy of such report may be submitted to DOC, together with a report on the additional receiver tests required by this RSS, for equipment certification.

Si un rapport d'essai, rédigé dans le cadre d'une demande d'homologation à la Federal Communications Commission des États-Unis (ci-après dénommé "document de présentation au FCC"), est différent en format du présent CNR (cahier des charges sur les normes radioélectriques), un exemplaire de ce rapport d'essai et d'un rapport sur les essais supplémentaires du récepteur conformément aux conditions exigées par le présent CNR, pourraient être envoyés au MDC pour homologation du matériel.
