Part I of Schedule III to the Financial Administration Act is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited / La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée". "The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited has been incorporated on September 2, 1998 under the Canada Business Corporations Act as a subsidiary of The St. Lawrence Seaway Authority. Upon dissolution of The St. Lawrence Seaway Authority it will become a parent Crown corporation as defined in the Financial Administration Act".
