Une ostéotomie pelvienne est indiquée dans le cadre de hanches symptomatiques, lorsque la congruence est anormale avec une couverture de la tête fémorale déficiente, ainsi que pour des dysplasies modérées lorsque l'évolution de l'ensemble des paramêtres cotyloïdiens n'est pas satisfaisante. Dans cette série, l'association d'une ostéotomie fémorale à l'ostéotomie du bassin n'a pas modifié de façon significative les résultats radiologiques obtenus.
