Le Festi-Vent sur glace est un festival de cerfs-volants hivernal se déroulant sur le Lac des Deux Montagnes, à Saint-Placide. Créé en 1999, il accueille chaque année des centaines de cerfs-volistes qui déploient pour le grand bonheur des festivaliers des cerfs-volants magnifiques de toutes formes, dimensions et couleurs. Des cerfs-volants à l'effigie des stars d'Hollywood tels que Ernest (Ernie), Bert, Oscar la poubelle et Grover de Sesame Street, ont par le passé égayé le ciel de Saint-Placide.
