Second generation radio-telephone system is an advanced communication system controlled by a central computer (hub) located in Toronto and satellite computers (nodes) for Hornepayne, Capreol, Toronto, Belleville and London. Poste opérateur, poste de service: C'est suivant la méthode exposée au paragraphe 2,204 que s'effectue l'aiguillage des communications d'arrivée. L'opérateur, percevant un appel du réseau (sonnerie ou ronfleur), enclenche le bouton de son poste sur la ligne d'abonnement appelante, répond et appelle par ligne privée l'usager demandé. Celui-ci prend la communication en enclenchant le bouton réseau convenable tandis que l'opérateur raccroche. Les communications sont libérées au raccrochage de l'usager, sans l'intervention de l'opérateur, ce qui présente un avantage à la fois pour l'abonné (l'opérateur n'est pas dérangé pour la libération et les autres usagers disposent de la ligne aussitôt après raccrochage du combiné), et pour l'Administration qui bénéficie d'un temps d'occupation moindre des lignes d'abonnement. 1, record 2, French, - poste%20de%20service
