Le rétinoblastome est une tumeur très radiosensible. La technique d'irradiation nécessite une parfaite contention de l'enfant. Nous utilisons le "flexie cast" qui est un sac fait de granules en matière plastique qui se moule sur la tête de l'enfant et l'immobilise quand le vide est fait à l'intérieur. Ceci permet d'éviter les anesthésies itératives.
