... "free on board" means that the seller delivers when the goods pass the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks loss of or damage to the goods from that point. The FOB term requires the seller to clear the goods for export. This term can be used only for sea or inland waterway transport.

La fibroscopie bronchique permet d'explorer visuellement les bronches les plus grosses et de faire des prélèvements pour rechercher les maladies bronchiques en particulier les infections et les tumeurs.

Le fibroscope et ses possibilités. Il s'agit d'un système optique en fibre de verre ou d'une petite caméra vidéo que le médecin pneumologue descend dans les bronches en passant par le nez ou par la bouche. L'appareil appelé fibroscope se présente comme un tube souple de moins de 5 mm de diamètre (le diamètre d'un crayon) que le médecin dirige avec un système de manettes. Le fibroscope va explorer systématiquement les bronches d'un poumon puis de l'autre. On peut voir jusqu'à la 5ème division des bronches, faire des photos ou un enregistrement vidéo.
