Ratio indicateur de la capacité de l'entreprise de faire face à ses charges, engagements et obligations fixes annuels (le plus souvent les intérêts, les loyers et les versements sur emprunts) avec les rentrées nettes provenant de l'exploitation. Ce ratio correspond généralement au quotient de la somme des rentrées nettes provenant de l'exploitation de l'exercice (compte non tenu des intérêts et des loyers, mais compte tenu des impôts) par la somme des intérêts, des loyers et des versements sur emprunts de cet exercice, ajustée pour tenir compte des économies annuelles d'impôts sur ces charges fixes.
