Test no. 320 of the Personnel Psychology Centre. Education: Alternate to High School Diploma

OBS

This test assesses general cognitive ability at a level normally required to complete secondary school. It consists of items relating to the use of vocabulary, arithmetic reasoning, identifying similarities in concepts, isolating shapes within a design and remembering complex material over a period of time. This test can be used in instances where individuals do not possess the formal level of education required for a job, but may still have the necessary ability to perform well on the job.

Cet examen évalue l'habileté cognitive générale au niveau normalement requis pour achever les études secondaires. Son contenu porte sur l'emploi du vocabulaire, le raisonnement arithmétique, la détection des similitudes dans les concepts, le repérage de formes à l'intérieur d'un dessin et la mémorisation de données complexes pendant une certaine période.
