OBS

The Global Analysis and Institutions Division is responsible for monitoring trends, gathering information and intelligence, conducting analyses, and producing reports for Canadian small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to support their entry and success in global markets. Information gathered is also shared with colleagues in other parts of AAFC [Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada], including but not limited to, Canada Brand, Bilateral Relations and Technical Trade (U.S. Team), Strategic Policy Branch, MISB [Market and Industry Services Branch] Regional Offices, the Value Chain Roundtable Secretariat, the Agri-Marketing Program Secretariat and our Trade Commissioners abroad for the purpose of providing advice and analysis that supports policy and regulatory developments, and market and development initiatives.
