Objectives. To promote the interests of the Golden Age Society and to provide for the recreation of the members and to promote and afford the opportunity for friendly and social activities, promote, support and advance cultural, recreational, athletic and charitable activities in the Yukon.

The Golden Age Society was organized in 1976 to provide a drop-in centre for Whitehorse seniors, and any visiting seniors.
