The Good Grievance Network (GGN) consists of all complaint resolution resources available on the Base or Wing, or in the region. At a minimum, the GGN consists of the unit CO [Commanding officer] the local DJA [Deputy Judge Advocate], Base or Wing HQ [headquarters] HR [human resources] staff, a representative from the local Dispute Resolution Centre (Base or Regional) and a member of DGCFGA [Director General Canadian Forces Grievance Authority]. The GGN assists the CO by analyzing the nature of the grievance and directing the matter into the appropriate dispute resolution route, with the informed consent of the grievor. 1, record 1, English, - Good%20Grievance%20Network

Le réseau d'assistance à la résolution des griefs (RARG) comprend toutes les ressources disponibles pour le règlement des plaintes au niveau de la base, de l'escadre ou de la région. Au minimum, le RARG comprend le commandant de l'unité, le JAA [juge-avocat adjoint] local, le personnel des RH [ressources humaines] au QG [quartier général] de la base ou de l'escadre, un représentant du centre local de résolution des conflits (de la base ou régional) et un membre de la DGBGFC [Directeur général - Bureau des griefs des Forces canadiennes].
