The Gwich’in Renewable Resources Board (GRRB) is a co-management board composed of representatives selected by: The Gwich’in Tribal Council, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, The Canadian Wildlife Service, and The Department of Environment & Natural Resources. The GRRB was established under the guidance of the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (GCLCA) to be the main instrument of wildlife, fish and forest management in the Gwich’in Settlement Area (GSA). Their mission is to conserve and manage renewable resources within the Gwich'in Settlement Area in a sustainable manner to meet the needs of the public today and in the future.

Créé en vertu de l'article 12.8 de l'Entente, le CRRG (Conseil des ressources renouvelables gwich'in) a pour mandat d'assurer l'exploitation durable des ressources fauniques, halieutiques et forestières pour le bénéfice des générations actuelles et futures. Le CRRG a mené avec succès plusieurs activités de recherche et de gestion. À titre d'organisme public régional chargé de gérer les ressources renouvelables dans la région visée par le règlement, il assure la participation du public aux programmes de gestion des ressources renouvelables et a établi une bonne relation de travail avec d'autres institutions gouvernementales populaires et organismes gouvernementaux.
