On obtient un score sur la fréquence et l'intensité des embêtements. Le répondant mentionne, parmi les situations présentées, lesquelles ont été rencontrées au cours du dernier mois et indique, sur une échelle de Likert de 3 points, jusqu'à quel point chaque situation l'a embêté (1- peu grave; 2- modérément grave; 3- extrêmement grave).
