In order to raise awareness of Health Canada science, the Office of the Chief Scientist has developed a number of activities that profile departmental researchers and their achievements. One of the most important of these activities is the Health Canada Science Forum, previously titled the Health Canada Research Forum. The Office of the Chief Scientist organized the first Forum in November 2002. Since then, the event has brought together scientists and researchers from across Health Canada to showcase their work and connect with colleagues. The annual Health Canada Science Forum gives our researchers and scientists the chance to present and discuss their work and showcase major achievements. Afin de mieux faire connaître le caractère scientifique de Santé Canada, le Bureau de l'expert scientifique en chef a élaboré un certain nombre d'activités visant à présenter les chercheurs du Ministère et leurs réalisations. Le Forum scientifique de Santé Canada, intitulé auparavant Forum de recherche de Santé Canada, figure parmi les activités les plus importantes. Le Bureau de l'expert scientifique en chef a organisé le premier forum de ce genre en novembre 2002. Depuis, l'activité a permis à des scientifiques et à des chercheurs de l'ensemble du Ministère de présenter leurs travaux et d'établir des liens avec des collègues. Le Forum scientifique de Santé Canada annuel permet aux chercheurs et aux scientifiques de présenter leurs travaux, d'en discuter et d'exposer leurs principales réalisations.
