The primary objective of this project is the establishment of a human rights protection program for people living with HIV/AIDS, to safeguard against discrimination and human rights abuses based on HIV/AIDS status. The first priority for the program will be the establishment of a coordinating secretariat to oversee administration of the human rights program.
