OBS

L'expression se dit surtout d'un joueur évoluant pour une équipe des ligues majeures ayant pignon sur rue dans la ville où le joueur a passé son enfance et son adolescence; en d'autres termes, après avoir joué ailleurs que chez lui son junior, junior majeur et senior de ligues mineures, il revient jouer pour le grand club de sa ville d'origine.
