This was a transition group established and dismantled in 1998. This Group was responsible for the exploration and development of the concept of HR [human resources]: business partner - Role of the HR business partner in PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] - Required competencies; - Organization structure and functional chart; - Identification of technological support. It was also responsible for the development of a strategic plan to guide the migration of the current model to the proposed Business Partnering Model. The HR Business Partner Working Group also ensured linkages and consultations with other components and committees of the project framework as well as with line managers/business partners, employees, regions, those responsible for strategic initiatives in each Branch and other stakeholders as required. 1, record 1, English, - HR%20Business%20Partner%20Working%20Group

Il s'agit d'un groupe de transition mis en place et démantelé en 1998. Ce Groupe était chargé d'analyser et d'élaborer le concept de partenaire d'affaires en RH [ressources humaines] : - Rôle du partenaire d'affaires en RH à TPSGC [Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada]; - Compétences requises; - Structure organisationnelle et organigramme des responsabilités; - Définition du soutien technologique. Il était également chargé d'élaborer un plan stratégique pour orienter le passage du modèle actuel au Modèle de partenariat d'affaires proposé.
