The Indigenous Circle of Employees (ICE) is a network of declared Indigenous employees and allies at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Working together, they provide education, support and guidance for Indigenous employees and others. Le Cercle des employés autochtones (CEA) est un réseau d'employés s'identifiant comme autochtones et leurs alliés au sein de Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada (SPAC). Travaillant ensemble, ils offrent de l'éducation, du soutien et des conseils aux employés autochtones et non-autochtones.
