The term "industrial growing crops" ... is probably a wider term than emblements or the Scottish equivalent, "way-going crops". Its possible effect may be to include in "goods" such crops as grass or clover, which did not come within the term of "emblements". ("Chalmer's Sale of Goods", 18th ed., 1981, p. 268)
