OBS

Accidents happen swiftly, yet they can often be avoided. Through dramatic re-enactments, this film sensitizes parents--and other adults--to the hazards of child-related products such as cribs, strollers, high chairs, changing-tables, playpens, and walkers. Under the Hazardous Products Act administered by Consumers and Corporate Affairs Canada, some of these products are safety-tested but, as the film points out, the use, maintenance or repair of this equipment cannot be legislated.

OBS
