Ce groupe de travail relève du comité directeur. Il a présenté un premier rapport en juin 1997, dans lequel il recommandait la création d'un poste de gestionnaire de projet. Ce poste, qui existera à partir du 16 mars 1998, est celui de directeur général, Information de la justice intégrée.

Important : c'est la justice qui est intégrée, pas les systèmes. Cependant, dans le discours du Trône de septembre 97, il est question d'intégrer les systèmes d'information. Il y aura donc lieu de vérifier selon le texte s'il s'agit de systèmes intégrés ou de la justice intégrée.
