DEF

A test which measures interests or a questionnaire which elicits a range of interests.

CONT

Interest tests are devices designed to discover what types of information and activity seem to have priorities in the interests of an applicant. The patterns of such interests that appear to be associated with successful performance in a wide range of occupations are studied. Administration of the tests offers candidates a choice of preferences that is then scored to indicate priorities in the patterns of their interests.
