These results lend strong molecular evidence to the long-held hypothesis explaining the symptoms of jet lag sufferers and night shift workers who have a hard time adjusting to phase changes: The human body is experiencing internal desynchrony. 3, record 1, English, - internal%20desynchrony

The fact that all rhythms do not rephase at the same rate creates an internal desynchrony that is very upsetting to some people. 4, record 1, English, - internal%20desynchrony

Perturbation des rythmes biologiques. 3, record 1, French, - dyschronisme
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
2, record 1, French, - dyschronisme
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
3, record 1, French, - dyschronisme
