OBS

Since its inception in 1928, the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) has become the preeminent professional organization for airport management. In response to the challenge of managing airports in this new global environment, the AAAE believes there is a need to share advanced airport professional training and development on a worldwide basis. To that end, the AAAE has created an affiliated international organization, the International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE), to offer a non-U.S. accreditation program for airport executives. Canada is the first country to be offered this international accreditation program because of the strong interest expressed by its airport executives. The Canadian Aviation Institute, Georgian College, is the exclusive provider of this accreditation process. Individuals from Canadian airports who join the organization will be members of the IAAE-Canada.
