The CPA [Canadian Police Arrangement] is the management framework for the International Police Peacekeeping and Peace Operations (IPP) Program established by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and as such sets out the managerial and accountability relationships between the CPA "participants", i.e., DFAIT [Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade], CIDA [Canadian International Development Agency], PS [Public Safety Canada] and the RCMP as well as the policy, procedural, reporting and financial modalities for the deployment of Canadian police. 2, record 1, English, - International%20Police%20Peacekeeping%20and%20Peace%20Operations%20Program
