The initial programs in the IT (Information Technology) Leadership Continuum (ITLC) address priorities identified by the community and government organizations. They reflect an integrated, coherent and career-long approach to learning and personal development for IT professionals in the public service. The ITLC provides an integrated, consistent approach to assessment and self-assessment so that individual IT professionals can accept shared responsibility for continually identifying and taking advantage of learning and leadership development opportunities. It provides support and encouragement for initiatives such as the Policy on Continuous Learning in the Public Service and supports development and implementation of personal learning plans for IT professionals throughout their careers. 1, record 1, English, - IT%20Leadership%20Continuum

Les programmes initiaux du Continuum du Leadership en TI (technologie de l'information) (CLTI) s'intéressent aux priorités constatées par la communauté et les organismes gouvernementaux. Ils représentent une approche intégrée et cohérente en matière d'apprentissage et de perfectionnement personnel qui s'applique tout au long de la carrière des professionnels de TI à la fonction publique. Le CLTI fournit une approche intégrée et cohérente à l'évaluation et à l'autoévaluation, de sorte que les professionnels de TI particuliers acceptent de partager la responsabilité de cerner continuellement les occasions d'apprentissage et de perfectionnement du leadership et de les mettre à profit.
