Francophones and Francophiles [were] invited once again to celebrate Rendez-vous with our French-Canadian Heritage, being held from March 13 to 26 [2000] - ten days of events surrounding International Francophonie Day on March 20. This year's theme chosen by Canadian Heritage is "La Francophonie en personne".
