The Forum of Labour Market Ministers is charged with the implementation of the Labour Mobility Chapter of the Agreement on Internal Trade and has established the Labour Mobility Coordinating Group to do so on its behalf. Representatives from each of the federal, provincial and territorial governments are members of the Group, which is co-chaired by Human Resources Development Canada and the Ministry of Skills, Training and Labour of the Government of British Columbia.

Le Forum des ministres du marché du travail est responsable de la mise en œuvre du chapitre sur la mobilité de la main-d'œuvre de l'Accord sur le commerce intérieur. Il a donc créé le Groupe coordonnateur de la mobilité de la main-d'œuvre afin de mener cette tâche à bien. Le Groupe est formé de représentants des gouvernements fédéral, provinciaux et territoriaux. Le ministère du Développement des ressources humaines du Canada et le Ministry of Skills, Training and Labour de la Colombie-Britannique en assument la coprésidence.
