More and more, public service leaders find themselves with direct reports scattered across geographical boundaries who must still work collaboratively to achieve shared business objectives. Despite the lack of face-to-face contact, leaders of a geographically dispersed workforce must create context and build unity in order to support the organization's vision and strategic priorities. Participants will gain an understanding of the special communication challenges involved in building engagement and trust within a dispersed workforce and acquire the tools they need to lead effectively in this context. 1, record 1, English, - Leading%20a%20Dispersed%20Workforce

1, record 1, French, - Diriger%20une%20main%2Dd%26rsquo%3B%26oelig%3Buvre%20dispers%C3%A9e
