The presence of multiple lentigines (A round or oval, flat, brown, pigmented spot on the skin due to increased deposition of melanin and associated with an increased number of melanocytes at the epidermodermal junction).

CONT

(Numerical gonosomal aberrations) These anomalies are accompanied by cutis laxa with or without pigmented naevi and low growth of the hairline is frequent; there may be lentiginosis and, more rarely, vitiligo.
