OBS

Cette méthode permet un dosage très sensible des protéines (dosage des groupements tyrosyl des protéines).

CONT

Les protéines donnent des réactions colorées (ninhydrine, technique du biuret, coloration obtenue par la méthode de Lowry) qui servent à leur mise en évidence en électrophorèse ou en chromatographie, ou à leur dosage.
