Candidates assume the role of a management consultant for the district director of a federal Crown corporation. As internal management consultant, the candidate reviews the operational management problems of a district office, develops a problem-solving strategy, and presents the results to the district office, develops a problem-solving strategy, and presents the results to the district office manager and district director. Le candidat joue le rôle de conseiller en gestion relevant du directeur de district d'une société d'État fédérale. À ce titre, le candidat doit passer en revue les problèmes de gestion des opérations d'un bureau de district, élaborer une stratégie de résolution de problèmes et en présenter les résultats au gérant du bureau et au directeur de district. Cet exercice est conçu pour évaluer les capacités suivantes : identifier et analyser des problèmes organisationnelles, déterminer les priorités, développer des stratégies/plans d'action pour résoudre des problèmes organisationnels et communiquer efficacement.
