Carne de soya conocida también por el nombre de TPV (proteína vegetal texturizada). Sucedáneo de la carne, es decir la reemplaza perfectamente ya que es parecida en aspecto y superior en calidad. La carne de soya es harina de soya desgrasada que ha sido procesada y secada para darle una textura esponjosa similar a la de la carne. Rica en proteína [...] hierro, calcio, zinc, fibra y además suele estar fortificada con B12.
