Nestled in the heart of the Nicola Valley in the federal riding of Okanagan-Coquihalla is the town of Merritt. Each year tens of thousands of music fans from across Canada, the United States and the world rock to the Merritt Mountain Music Fest to enjoy some of the top names in country music.

Mountainfest, recently named Canadian Country Music Festival of the year, is the largest event of its kind in Canada. Every July this amazing six day outdoor event takes place in sunny, picturesque Merritt, BC. The beauty of the surrounding clay cliffs, the flowing Cold Water River and the softly rolling landscape is proudly home of the spectacular Merritt Mountain Music Festival.
