Interferómetro en el que un haz luminoso incide sobre una lámina semiplateada, bajo un ángulo de 45º, dividiéndose en dos haces, el reflejado y el transmitido, que vuelven a la lámina mediante espejos adecuados y allí se recombinan e interfieren mutuamente de forma constructiva o destructiva, según las distancias de la lámina a los dos espejos. Se utiliza para realizar medidas de longitud de gran precisión.
