Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The CNAAC first met in May 1990 in Edmonton. Since then, it has met twice yearly. The advisory committee is comprised of 13 Aboriginal people who meet in various communities across the country, as decided by the committee. The mandate of the committee is to provide a forum for the continuing discussion of recruiting, training and community relations with respect to Aboriginal people, intercultural relations and other related matters that may emerge from time to time.

Comité de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada. Le CCNCA s'est réuni pour la première fois à Edmonton en mai 1990. Depuis, les réunions ont lieu deux fois l'an. Le Comité se compose de treize Autochtones qui se rassemblent à divers endroits au pays, au choix du Comité. Son mandat est le suivant : servir de tribune pour la discussion continue sur le recrutement, la formation et les relations communautaires relativement aux Autochtones, aux relations interculturelles et à d'autres questions connexes pouvant être soulevées de temps à autre.
